My Life

My life wasn't perfect.

My life isn't perfect.

My life will never be perfect. 

Some people thought that my life is perfect judged by the pictures, tweets, blog posts that i send to my social media. But it is actually a highlight reel. Just like a movie, life has a "Up" and "Down", and what you see might be deceiving.  

Just like a normal person, i made mistakes. Some of my mistakes is bigger than some others. I tried to do great things but sometimes i fail. I do stupid thing in the past, things that i'm not proud of. I struggle with a lot of basic stuff. I worked hard, but sometimes i'm just not good enough.

But, i have a grit.

Grit is the passion and perseverance for a really long time, not just for the week or month, but for years. Grit is living the life like its a marathon, not a sprint.

I  actually believe that anyone can achieve anything, if they work hard and long enough. 

One of the way on building grit is to believe the ability to learn is not fixed, it can change with your effort. (Growth Mindset by Carol Dweck)

Sometimes I also have to take out my skills, and test them to measure whether I've been successful and I have to be willing to fail, to start over again with new lesson learned.

But again, I dont believe that failure is a permanent condition.

So, don't be afraid of failure, and never ever give up no matter how much problems life throws at you :)
